A comprehensive renovation was carried out across the entire building, involving the full refurbishment of all floors and the creation of new layouts and spaces for office use.
The project also included the rehabilitation and modernization of floor lobbies, restrooms, technical areas, special installations, and elevators. Parking areas and retail spaces were redesigned as well, giving the building a more contemporary and functional character.
On the exterior, the intervention featured the complete replacement of the façades, enhancing both the building’s appearance and performance.
